Accepted forms of payment

Master & Visa credit cards and Visa Debit Cards are currently accepted as mode of payment. Check out for other mode of payment options soon.

How do I complete checkout and make a payment? 
  1. Add products you want to buy to the cart and click on the 'Checkout' button.

  2. On the delivery page, select shipping type, the delivery address, enter any coupons you may have, and click the 'Continue' button.

  3. On the review page, confirm your order details and click the 'Buy Now' button when you have finished.

  4. Next, you will be taken to the payment pages. Select the card type, provide your payment information, and enter a 3DSecure password for Verified by Visa OR MasterCard Secure Code. To get this password, follow the instructions given by the card issuer bank.

    Note: Please do not close your browser window on the payment pages until you are redirected back to Snapfish.

  5. After the transaction is complete, you will be redirected back to Snapfish where you will receive a message confirming whether or not your payment was successful.

    • If payment is successful, you will be redirected to the receipt page on Snapfish with a success message.

    • If payment is unsuccessful, you will be redirected to a new page with the failure message. You can try ordering again from the shopping cart.

I completed checkout and payment. Why was my order not confirmed?

For various reasons, we may not receive the payment status of your completed order immediately. In such cases, the order status in your shopping cart will remain unconfirmed until payment is received. It might take up to 2 hours in such cases. If the order is not confirmed automatically after 2 hours, you can try ordering again.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can review your order and its status at any time. Log in and go to the 'Your Account' page, and then click on 'Order History'.
